Registration Fee Waiver

FEE WAIVER FEATURES AND CONDITIONS

A limited number of free registrations will be provided for people who are unable to attend the conference if they have to pay the registration fee, such as full time graduate students unable to attract institutional support or participants attending from developing countries.

To apply for a registration fee waiver please contact us directly explaining your particular circumstances. Applications will be ranked on the merits of each case.

** Please note persons granted a fee waiver must show confirmation of their intention to attend the conference by eight weeks prior to the start of the conference. Failing this the offer will lapse and any associated paper will be withdrawn from the program.
