Accommodation Options

Accommodation can be booked during the registration process in the registration area, however, if you have already registered and now wish to book accommodation, you need to email the Conference Secretariat at this link with your booking request.

HOTEL POLICIES:

We must receive full payment for your accommodation bookings by 16 October 2008, or they will be cancelled.

Any accommodation booking made after 16 October 2008 will require payment in full by credit card when reserved.

While many hotels allow you to hold a room with a credit card number, we must pay in advance due to the number of rooms that we have secured for the Conference.

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm your room reservation without payment in full.

CANCELLATION:

Any room cancelled prior to 16 October 2008 will receive a full refund.

Rooms cancelled after 16 October 2008 will receive no refund.

Any reduction in room nights after 16 October 2008 will receive no refund.

After your original registration, payment for additional accommodations, dinners and/or tours will be charged to the credit card that we have on file for you.
If you prefer that an alternate card be charged, please submit the new card number when submitting your amended booking request.
